About Patrick

Patrick Hogan’s life-long military background and natural creativity blend to bring reliable professionalism and artistic range to his work. Growing up as a military brat enabled him to travel globally and become versed in foreign cultures and dialects; and inspired him to become a published poet by age 15. By the time Patrick was 33, he had worked and traveled on four continents as an analyst and a Special Security officer for the U.S. Marines, the private sector, and the U.S. Government. During this time he also convinced a lovely Manhattan Lady to marry him, became a father, graduated Cum Luade from George Mason University with a degree in History, and authored his first published work.  Heeding the advice of family and friends, Patrick recently embarked on building a repertoire of acting and voice work, where early successes and his love of the theater have led him to pursue this burgeoning second career.  He lives in the greater Washington D.C. area with his family, where Patrick is contemplating his next adventure; and enjoying increasing amounts of time on local stages and in voice studios.
